Training is required annually for every associate and usually entails around 40 hours each year. This a major commitment of time and money, but we consider it an investment that allows our associates to be more professional, continuously improve, eliminate error, upgrade skills, work more safely and to focus on internal and external customers.

Associates must be provided the tools to do quality work. When we refer to the word "tools" it takes on an added meaning. When you think of tools in roofing, you think of the tangible tools of the trade such as: drills, kettles, heat guns, etc. What we are also concerned about are the intangible tools associates need to do quality work, principally knowledge. Providing both kinds of tools requires an investment. Tangible tools must be purchased and maintained. Intangible tools are acquired with a different kind of investment, an investment of time and money for formal education and training programs.
